Targeting Specific Concerns Can Produce
Dramatic Results

We work closely with the client to arrive at an effective "action plan" that is tailor-made to their specific needs--we've found that this process is a critical part of our service. Also, we work with organizations of all types and sizes. So you don't have to be a "Big Business" to profit from our services.

Specific Projects:

Some companies/organizations need our technical help on a "project" basis to jointly analyze and deal with a particular area of concern or to perform a specific task (such as employment testing or conducting a salary survey).

Human Resource Annual Technical Management  Services:

Other clients prefer to use our professional expertise and objective coaching on an "annual support" basis to help them assess, prioritize and fulfill their needs on a company-wide level. This results in our joint review and improvement of procedures in the areas mentioned above and in many other "people" areas that are of major importance to that specific client.

Dramatic/Complementary Results and Returns On Investment (ROI):

With either approach, our specialists work closely with the client, often using internal and external computing and consulting resources.  We also build on the skills, procedures and support personnel already available within the client's organization. In this way we help you to map out and implement necessary changes in systems, practices and policies that work with the existing strengths of the company/organization. These, in turn, can typically produce dramatic improvements in the organization's profitability, effectiveness and competitiveness.

Finally, we've found that one of the most important parts of our work is follow-up. Fallis & Associates, Inc., with the client's approval, continues to monitor the short-term and long-range accomplishment of the clients' plans and procedures. In this way our specialists can provide the expertise, objectivity and follow-up work that are essential for implementing and maintaining your new systems or organizational changes.
